He has worked on many different complex fire suppression, egress, water supply, and emergency systems for a range of different types of facilities. Richard has been able to lead teams while also supporting the overall design team, and adding value through the knowledge he has amassed. In a few cases throughout his career, Richard has acted as a specialist and trusted consultant to engineering firms and businesses such as the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
