Jose Larco AIA, NCARB has experience in architecture and construction administration and has played an integral role managing a variety of HED’s healthcare projects with a focus on construction documents, OSHPD permit and construction administration.
Jose brings a strong portfolio in ambulatory surgery centers, senior housing facilities, multi-family housing and tenant improvement projects and has extensive knowledge in ADA requirements, as well as state and local permit processes. Currently overseeing several seismic upgrade projects and renovations for various Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities through Southern California, his work demonstrates his strong attention to detail, as he partners with the firm’s clients to achieve the best possible project within the client’s budget and expectations.
