Mark Karaba, RA, LEED AP, WELL AP, has architectural experience where he has been directly involved in establishing project scope, conducting on-site surveys of existing facility conditions, checking code and regulation compliance, and preparing construction documents.
He has experience with both new build data centers and renovations to operating facilities. Project supervision duties are a significant part of his diverse project experience, including new construction and renovation of automotive manufacturing and support facilities.
Mark has the ability to integrate technologically advanced mechanical / electrical systems into the building architecture and to evaluate the functionality and cost effectiveness of alternative systems in various applications.
